Lessons¶
This directory is the learner-facing fresh-start version of Coding and Expansion Foundations.
The old Heptabase course had seven AI Tutor sections. Those sections were session containers, not one-to-one matches with the syllabus bullets. Each section contained several finer lesson parts. The files here preserve the coverage of those parts, correct places where the old material was too loose, and add the two missing end-course lessons needed for a complete local course.
Fresh-Start Path¶
- Lesson 01 - Research Orientation, GF(2), and the Hamming Code
- Lesson 02 - Matrices, Duals, Parameters, and Local Operations
- Lesson 03 - CSS Codes, Tanner Graphs, LDPC, and Locality
- Lesson 04 - Girth, Local Views, Tanner Codes, and Small-Set Expansion
- Lesson 05 - CSS Tanner Graphs, Spectra, and the Petersen Graph
- Lesson 06 - Expansion, Cuts, Ramanujan Graphs, and 2D Grids
- Lesson 07 - CSS and QLDPC Codes
- Lesson 08 - Syndrome Extraction and Hardware Constraints
- Lesson 09 - Reading the Conjecture 3 Research Map
How To Use¶
Start at Lesson 01 even if Heptabase marked earlier material covered. The point of this migration is to make Codex, the local research graph, and the learner profile the source of the course going forward.
Each lesson is written as teaching material, not just a plan. For live tutoring, Codex should still begin with the diagnostic checks and compress any section the learner already handles cleanly.
After Lesson 09, use the course assessment rubric to decide whether the learner is ready for Conjecture 3 Frontier Alignment.
